If fans interfere, you pause, security drags them out by the hair, and then you redo the play. If more fans from that section interfere, you pause, clear the whole section, and do it again. That first green laser pointer must be insanely bright to be so visible in daylight... that could do serious eye damage. That's freakin' assault.
At long distances a laser beam loses its focus and spreads out into larger circles like in the video. Green lasers are also more powerful than red lasers because green light has a shorter wavelength on the electromagnetic spectrum than red light. Shorter wavelength = more energy.

Laser pointer at a sporting event should have one of two immediate effects:
1. The crowd produces the offender and the offender is removed from the venue.
2. Barring #1, the entire crowd is removed from the venue and their tickets are not refunded. The game resumes and finishes without spectators.
Absolutely zero tolerance for that kind of bullshit.
Or the home team is penalized for every offense that the audience commits:
'Audience Interference - a member of crowd has shown (thrown) an offensive flash at the opposing team. Home team will be charged with a 15 yard penalty.'
Objects thrown on the field could be a 5 yard.

Here’s what I think should happen when there’s fan interference:
If there is fan interference that affects the play (such as a laser pointer or the snowball), then if they can identify the culprit, they should penalize the team they cheer for, if they can’t identify the culprit or their team, penalize the team that benefited from fan interference. I know it might not seem fair to the teams, but it makes up for the other team getting screwed and persuades fans to not interfere. If the fan did nothing to outcome the play, then nothing should happen. Unless it’s a fan running onto the field (flashbacks to Kevin Harlan’s amazing call of the drunk 49ers fan who ran onto the field bear-chested) while there is a running clock, pause the both the play clock, and, if need-be, the game clock, until the fan is dealt with and everyone is ready for the game to commence

I'm not a football player, but, I have Asperger Syndrome which makes me sort of photosensitive. My senior year of high school, I was in a Humanities class and we were doing group presentations. One of the guys in another group was holding the teacher's laser pointer and shined it in my eyes. I still have lasting retinal damage from that, and that was six years ago. Thankfully the teacher saw it [after I commented on it] and somehow disabled the pointer function on the projector remote. I got no idea how he did it but hey I ain't looking a gift horse in the mouth. Sorry for how long my comment is, but it needed to be said.
