    Ingredients:
    150 g(5.3 oz) dates
    add water and leave for 10-15 minutes
    80 g(~ 1 cup) oat flakes
    50 g(1/2 cup) nuts
    put in the freezer for 10-15 minutes
    80 g(2.8 oz) sugar free dark chocolate
    1 tablespoon oil
    chopped nuts for decoration(optional)
