Is taoqi the best team for max dps? Also does the event weapon suits taoqi for faster concerto?

Taoqi helps jinhsi reach big numbers but it's a slow build up because she doesn't build high incandescence stacks like the other better supports i.e. yuanwu / yinlin / mortefi
As for the event weapon I haven't taken a look at it yet so I don't have any opinion on it at the moment sorry!
