It was a pleasure meeting everyone. It's always great working with people wanting to do the right thing for their horses. You do a great job and this information will help your horses be even better. People who don't train horses for a living don't think of themselves as trainers but every time you ride a horse you are training, you are either training something good or training something bad. Everyone who rides should learn all they can about basic training for the good of the horses.

Big Thank You to Tim Anderson for his "step by step - take it slow" method of teaching the horse. This ought to be required training for anyone who owns a horse. Most people want results, but are not willing to take the time to let the horse figure it out. My horse is gone now, but I wish I would have had this understanding of how to work with her. I was willing to spend the time - I just didn't know what to do. I'm sure many people will watch this video - and be better working with their horses. Thank you Tim.

My horse was a quarter horse registered. Unfortunately he passed away in his stall of heart attack. His name was Red King Hanup. If I lived on an acreage outside city if you deliver to Canada. The last time been around a horse is 1973. I did Western and English riding. Trained mine to go over a creek. He hated water till I took him out for a ride in rain. I miss him still. Now I am a senior.

Love this video. Before I got horses worked for a trainer. I a had taken English riding lesson. Then I read every book I could get my hands on about training horses. I went to horse shows and watched the trainers warm up the horses. I talked to everyone. I was able to ground break my foals. My sisters would take over different parts. When they where two. They where ready to go to a trainer to be finished. They where ground driven and saddle broke to both English and western saddle. That is if there knees where “locked” we always took them to vet to confirm that

Seeing the little shot of Skunk made me wonder what ever happened with him. The Lakes no longer post. Their love affair with him was cut very short once Ann got bucked off and then they were unable to catch him. Why in the world she desided to ride a green horse bare back with just a halter is beyond me. Now poor Skunk is paying for that. God knows where he'll end up now. Cause what I could gather, they want him gone. 😔

I think the Lakes were in love with the idea of having a Mustang without thinking it through and the knowledge of of what it takes, plus the property wasn't ready to take on a horse and all the other animals they were getting. I also have a feeling they might have been squatting. It was like they could no longer stay on the property. Seems like all of a sudden, they were looking to move out of state. I was also wondering what they were thinking by still getting all these new animal when they weren't set up to have them and they were moving right away. 🤔🙄 They ended up getting a sick calf they had tied up to a tree. ( That seems pretty wrong) Apparently Tony got very sick from the calf. Then you just didn't hear anything anymore. Hope the heck they figured things out for the animals sake.
