How to Do a Forward Plank the Right Way

  • The plank is a simple bodyweight exercise that can be done anywhere and anytime. When done properly, the plank should be an abdominal and core strengthening exercise, but when done improperly it can lead to back pain. In this video I demonstrate how to correctly do a plank by linking the exercise to a proper neutral spine.
