The day before the service I posted on FB how sad I was I couldn't make it to the service. I tried all year. Many doctors appt etc. I felt I failed. I was too sick to go. When the Chief Apostle spoke of those that are sick and can't make it? That God still loves us.. I tear up thinking about it again! wonderful! I felt the Chief Apostle and I had a talk and he knew all in my heart and spoke about it during the service. The day before I talked about this. Why I go to church. When I pray I talk to God. In church God talks to me. I can't count the times some thing person no-one knew came out in service. The wonderful thing about this experience that the Chief Apostle addressed the concerns I had the day before? I shared that on Fb. Then I shared this service. Everyone could share in this experience with me. They were able to see for themselves my experience and many are sharing their wonder. Those I know not NAC too. The Chief Apostle spoke about sharing our faith and the Lord's return. That is so easy to do. When you love something and feel so blessed? How can we keep that in? Like when you first fall in love ..get engaged. You plaster that all over the internet with pics of the ring . You about about your love. It's how I feel!💝 I am so thankful for our faith. I am so thankful for how we are blessed.. Can not wait until Jesus comes! Sunday was like bright light in my life...I can't imagine Heaven!!
Jodi I hope you'll get better soon. Isn't it wonderful that we can now 'partake' in so many transmissions thanks to the internet! That's a blessing too. All the best to you.
Yes a tremendous blessing! When I first became ill there wasn't anything. It was horrible. I was so depressed. Someone started a conference call for shut-ins..college students etc and it was like my soul was a dying plant and soaked up that water. Then services started online. I can't express what a blessing it is. I have listened to services a few times. Such a blessing.. I still really want to go. Just saying that I get teary. I hear some complaints of what people don't like..They don't like this person..or.. what people wear..what a child does..what someone said..what groups we support or don't support.. I'd give anything to sit at the altar...anything. I miss that feeling you get BEING there. It's something I can't explain.
