If you’re achieving 4000fps in performance mode why the frick are you playing performance mode in the first place you should easily be at 500fps with the best settings and actually have a nicer game to look at too!
performance mods is pretty pointless for anyone who has an rtx card. u can just easily turn on dlss, get similar framerates with much better visuals. performance mode fortnite looks too garbage for me.

Ive been gaming at 60fps since the late 80's, I'm over it. Besides, sample and hold displays like OLED have too much motion blur and not enough motion resolution. 120-144fps does a fantastic job of cleaning things up, and unfortunately the PS5 barely supports anything at PS5, aside from last gen games. Usually PS5 at 120fps, winds up compromises graphics, lowering the resolution etc. I need a 4090 :P
