I had the symptoms ; soar throat, body ache, some coughing, some diarrhea on 1/21/22 .. on the 22nd my wife tested me using the home antigen kit and was negative. I had all the symptoms for 3days but even with all the symptoms I can actually do stuff. On the 24th I called my Doctor and asked for a another test and came back positive. On the fourth day, most of the symptoms have weakened , however I felt weaker up to the 10 th day. It took 7 days for my body to recuperate at least 80% of my strength. Now the 30th of January I still haven’t regained 100% of my self. Fortunately my wife who I exposed since the beginning is negative and didn’t show any symptoms. My daughter didn’t show any symptoms as well and be tested tomorrow to make sure she doesn’t have any of the virus. God bless everyone and be safe.

I hope for you a speedy recovery. As for me, I got symptoms for COVID on January 17 and tested positive the next day. My symptoms were mild; headache, chills, fatigue, and nausea. They subsided after 5 days, and the following days mainly consisted of me having shortness of breath. I now have no symptoms as of January 29th and am expected to return to work tomorrow, Monday, January 31. My job expected me to return after 5 days, but I decided to take at least 10 days off of work due to my skepticism of not being contagious, and I’m glad I made that choice. I believe I contracted covid on a bus ride to work, which is my only way of transportation. I hope I am not still contagious, but I will treat my situation as if I still am, and I hope everyone else does the same. But aside from all that, I would like to know about your progress through covid and the precautions you’ve taken since we both have Covid.

@@victormendez6324 .. thanks bro. I hope you recover 💯 % as well. Although I feel much better right now, I still have this mucus developing in my throat every now and then and make me cough a bit. I think 10-14 days is a good number before going ack to work. Five days is not enough because the weakness you feel lingers until 10-14 days after you the first day of symptom. I’m actually on a 4 weeks emergency leave. So I’m glad I don’t have to go back to work right away. Take care and God bless.

One day after me my husband showed symptoms but did not have strength to go get tested, he was vomiting, fever, rapid heart rate… about a week after we both continued to cough, and felt very weak. We both went to urgent care. He tested negative with all his symptoms, and I could definitely say his symptoms were worse than mine. I tested positive on pcr again. Not sure if any of these tests are reliable at all. I am pulling for you. I’m a 39 year old man and I’m just now starting to feel normal again after 17 days. Drink lots of water. Take some Zinc. And lay on your stomach as much as you can. I had absolutely debilitating vertigo and dizziness. I hope you don’t have that. Sorry about the kids situation. I have a 9 year old and a 12 year old and it was rough. If you have the devices for it, try FaceTime calls so they can see you and y’all can talk. Also. Try to make it to a chair outside for at least 15 minutes a day so you can get a good natural dose of vitamin D. Also, try to walk around whenever you can. Laying on your back and staying still too long can exacerbate the lung issues. If you don’t have one, get yourself a pulse oximeter. There’s one that cost less than $20 made by a company called Contec and they meet FDA standards. Check your oxygen levels and make sure you contact a doctor if your levels get below 94 and stay that way for any extended period of time. My heart goes out to you. Something about your post just made me think about everything I just went through with my family. Stay positive and good luck! Would love to see a post once you get through it! TAKE CARE

With the type of job I have, since the very beginning, I have not got covid. They say it's crazy how I havent caught (good immune system I guess). Tuesday, I was off from work but still feelin weird. Slowly tuesday, my head steadily started to ache. No bigge...I go to sleep I kept waking up thru out the night throwing up and my headache was so bad it felt like a migrane and if I moved a lil bit, it felt like the room was spinning. Wedsday...had to go to work feeling like crap. The car drive to work was impossible; I almost recked like 5 times. At work, I had no energy. My head was hurting, I couldnt eat anything, and I noticed I had chills (that's never a good thing for me). I fell alseep at a table for 45 mins, got up and ended up passing out in a storage area for over an hr. Today, had no choice but to stay home from work because of a the fever. I went a bought a covid test just to see and would know...the test line came up so fast. I thought I was immune for the rona. Guess not. Sad thing is, I Know I'm about to get a bunch of people sick because I have to go to work.

Day 3: headache, cold sweat, mild loss of smell
Day 4: cold sweat (all day), mild coughing, loss of smell
Day 5: loss of smell, a lot of throat clearing
