Right, im not a neat freak but i cant stand slobs and jus lazy nastiness, i had a roommate once who would cook and leave dishes in the kitchen for 2-3weeks, order food and leave containers and trash on the counter and living room for weeks, never saw that guy vac not once in a year, we had separate bathrooms, i went to borrow toothpaste one morning and his sink was coated wit toothpaste spit, i was so gone wen that lease was up and so happy to be living alone

With all that being said, he should definitely avoid taking in any boarders (who could be hoarders) in the future.
