Their sound signals a return to classic rock and roll, but rock itself never left. Check out bands like Phish, The Arctic Monkeys, Queens of the Stone Age, Radiohead (especially the first 3 albums), The Black Keys, or any band with Jack White in it. :)

Man please god dont let nothing let anything happen to these kids. I been in the music business along time and I haven't heard anything this good since the 90s. Josh's voice is a gift Jake's guitar work even out of tune he makes it work. Bass is tight as the heart of the band which would be the drummers. I just got to listening for about 3 weeks ago I dont know all their names are yet but guys and especially girls I'm gonna say this once. This band is just starting. Rock is not dead!!!!!!

Josh is the singer and Jake on the lead guitar are twins. Sammy is on Bass and Keyboards and Danny, Sam's friend from school is on drums. All self-taught and Josh can also play the drums. Their Dad can rock out too. They practiced in their garage at home and Josh couldn't hear himself sing over the other guys so he started raising his voice and Wow!!! They were all shocked especially Josh! I pray for them all the time. I love them. Awesome in person too. BTW I'm turning 66.

As a 57 female with a collection of around 400 classic rock era vinyl's and cassettes , I find myself in this audience like I was in the 70's and early 80's with some of the all time greats. These guys are amazingly talented and rock with a wicked desire for music at its greatest. Long live Greta Van Fleet!

I literally discovered these kids last week. CZcams suggestion. I am totally gobsmacked. Holy crap. In this day and age of Autotune all over the place and lil Wayne's solos, and Billie Eilish who just talks over a music loop ...
These kids sprung up like a pure diamond in a musical landscape filled with dog poop. We went on a drive yesterday with the misus and I said hey, you gotta listen to these kids, Greta Van Fleet, and she was like what song? I said any! Just play any song! And she put one on, and then her phone was moving on to the next song and so on...we couldn't stop listening.
I am 45 and like many people I thought that music was slowly dying. These kids took the time to actually learn to play an instrument and deliver music that genuinely has a soul, and something to say...The singer is phenomenal, the guitarist is a killer and his solos are amazing and the bass/drum section is godamn solid and groove like a bullet train and their fills are perfect.
Honestly this band is the rebirth of the golden age of music. It's so satisfying to watch these 20 something kids on the video enjoying this kind of music, and I really hope other bands will feel inspired to do the same.
This kind of music is just hidden you gotta dig for it sadly - but check out bands like Crobot, Scorpion Child, The Sword, Gyspyhawk, just to name a few - I’m 42 I’m with ya on thinking this kind of music died naw just went into hiding for the real music fans to find and treasure

I don't think there's a positive correlation between the type of music they're playing and whether they'll become drug addicts. Justin Bieber has just admitted that he was a drug addict when he was 19. Was taking some very heavy serious drugs. There are countless other R&B and Pop stars who have died of drug overdoses.

Great mix of people in the audience -- all ages from teens to people in their 70s. LOTS of people from 20s through 50s. And everyone just fits in perfectly together.
Diehard hard rocker 63 yrs. Diehard AC/DC, for 44 of em, all other faves stand second lol. These guys are without a doubt the best thing I've heard since 3 doors down and Live. Love the Zep influence. What would Vito Bratta sound like without that EVH influence. I'm proud of the boys, they'll save rock n' roll as we know it. 🇨🇦🤘

Hadn't heard of the movies but recall wondering how I had hear everything by Zepp n didn't recall them on the radio and having a very fun night as did the person i was with like the day i met them, but we were always like that music was our thing. We had a giant room where we'd jam or with others, I miss those days but cool to have stuff to recall the old and the more recent. Rock on and if anyone complains let them try it. i can but I'm definitely not complaining, I love to sing and jam, best memories i have, not everyone can hold their own and also sound and bring back such fun memories of Zepp, so kudos to GVF n f' the haters, you get the check, they don't. Hold ur head up, investors are often the only ones that give a S when you first start out.

57, really impressed by these guys. Combo of Zep, GnR, a little VH(couple drum grooves)...nice to see young guys who can really rock with hard blues tunes with catchy hooks. Love Safari and Highway.

I almost have a feeling it has some slight post-production added to put it on pitch...one of the transitions to the note above sounded really artificial and not like normal Josh. Im sure the boys would never allow autotune but sometimes producers will add post-production editing without consulting the artist
