I love how she is really frank about her life; like when she left school and instead of covering up she's instead saying "yeah I knew it all - no one could tell me what to do" etc.

Really? Imo her documentaries seem a bit hollow. She only interviews people from one side and doesn’t do much digging to get opinions of people who she doesn’t interview

She comes across like such a great person and I love her documentaries.
She came in limelight after she won strictly come dancing, I have been always her biggest fan because of her work and she is just incredible lady.
She was 'in the limelight' was before Strictly - but winning Strictly and the MBE elevated her status.
People already knew who she was long before Strictly.
Stacey Dooley always is totally brilliant in all her documentaries. She is not judgemental in any way no matter the topic is. She also asks the questions we want to hear being asked.
A lovely Luton lass and an inspiration and have loved all of her documentries, I'm a fellow Lutonian woman and we're made of tougher stuff and diamonds in the rough and any negativity is water off a ducks back! at least she's authentic, which has got her where she is today!

This was an extremely good interview. Russell Howard showed a real star quality in his manor and techneque. As for Stacey, she is such an inspiration. Well done, both of you.

I wouldn't necessarily call her hard as nails (is a tad bit over the top I'd say) but yeah does have some guts I'll give her that and she's a likeable person.

I love Stacey Dooley. When I first moved to London 5 years ago and had no friends (lol) I used to finish work everyday make my tea and watch her documentaries. I just think she is so so brilliant. Would love to meet her one day

im really inspired by stacey and i want to do documentaries like her. im not the cleverest at school but her leaving school at 15 goes to show that you can do anything. ive missed a lot of school because of my mental illness but like she is doing. it doesnt matter i can still pick myself up.for a long time i thought thats it there is no hope left for me but seeing how incredible stacey is doing gives me hope so thank you stacey -kat

Great interview! Can’t believe what a big deal there was made of the photo she put on Instagram of her holding a black kid. You can see she has their best interests at heart and wants to raise as much money as possible.

Seeing her book cover photo I'm realizing there is a common thread in the women I crush over. Stacy looks very much like Elizabeth Olsen, specifically on her book cover. I think it's a combination of wide cheekbones, tiny noses and big smiles.
