Can you give us examples of all the types of customers and experiences they have booked for in 6 months?
Influencers, short films, photo shoots. As long as you make sure you check the type of people/project happening in the space it’s pretty steady and easy to host. There’s always those people who won’t treat your space well, but these are minority.

I was a production designer and location manager for film and music video. It’s true what you say! You are in the right path.

Knew about peerspace a year or so ago. Great concept, the downside is the market not being as big. Also the longevity of the local creatives, theres a limited number of potential clients and it only gets smaller the more you book. And of course this would serve only urban locations/cities, for the most part.
At the minimum you can make 100-200 day, same as airbnb with less headace and no sleepovers.

Very nice. We have hosted production companies that have used our places to film episodes for streaming networks. I have turned down requests for murder mystery parties because the number was over 16 guests. I'll give Peerspace a try. Thank you 👍

What type of special use permit did your city or county provide you with in order to have that many people. I just contacted my County Zoning facility and they offered me the Home Based Business code, which has a limit to only one employee. Is there a different one, more specific to yours that I should request? Thank you for doing this video.

When u charge for add ons how does the client get access to the add on equipment? Is it stored in password protected room or do you pay a person to deliver it to them or some other way?

You'd be surprised. Sometimes productions need a shitty apartment for their music video, short, feature, etc. Not everyone is out there making rap videos in lavish mansions.

Am I understanding that you need to already have your own property in order to market on PeerSpace? I'm confused. The video predominantly shows Sean's penthouse, so I somehow concluded that you need to have already owned a space of your own. Please let me know if I understood that correct. Also, Sean.. I'm in Chicago and am ready to have you kindly help me get my first Air BnB rental Arbitrage property off the ground. I'd like to make (at minimum) $2K profit (disposable income) each month from the first property. I need direction and have been asking for a while now, but clueless where to go next. Thanks so much.

Is the property you showcase in this video rented by you for the sole purpose of peerspace or are you balancing peerspace and rental arbitrage throughout the month for this one space? I phrase the question like this because I am uncertain if you are living in the space.
