  • The new Architect range of high-power static-beam lasers (sometimes called sky lasers or landmark lasers) is our reaction to globally increasing demand for super bright lasers. These are great for highlighting significant landmarks, structures and buildings.

The aviation industry will be thrilled and delighted with a moving beam of this magnitude. The sheer horsepower is impressive, but applications would be very limited.

      My first thoughts excactly..
fun fact: I own a 23 watt laser myself, brought it outside 5 times, got police at the door 4 times within 10 minutes. And i live countrysided !! But yeah, i live in The Netherlands, so, could be expected. 1 time i got a fine for 450 Euro, being it a environment dilict.

@@miclanonejust curious. Is this 23w laser a ready solution or just a diode module laser bank that you had to DIY?

As a laser physicist, this is the dumbest bullshit I've ever seen. How the fuck did this get approved by the FAA/FCC.

Well, just like cars are being pushed back and can no longer claim all the land space. The same needs to happen for the air. FAA, CAA or whatever the acronym can not own all of the sky.
