I'd not heard of Shoot until I met him at Blackpool Magic Convention. He's such a top bloke and amazing magician. Big respect and I'm just sorry I'd not found out about him before now. Thanks for posting the vid :o)
That's correct, he performed this routine during a small close-up session at the convention centre. It was amazing to see live, it looked just as fantastic as this video shows. Great stuff, Jordan
that was the best slieght i have seen u think u get it but then he totally changes what he does once u think u get how he does it and he does something even better
I seen Shoot in Blackpool at the annual magic convention last week and I was no more than a foot away...he really is this good even close up....absolutely amazing, and a really nice guy too. one of my favorite magicians.
@ehbrada I agree with you entirely. Shoot is one of THE best sleight of hand practitioners in the world. He does NOT use or even need video editing to acchieve what the rest of us can merely dream of.,
Looks perfect, I was at the Magic Circle HQ last night and heard that Shoot Ogawa was Blackpool Magic convention doing thimbles and MP's?? Was this so? If thats true then i am extremely ticked off. I would love to have seen him perform live. Oh! well here's to the Bristol Day of Magic.
Je maitrise les dés à coudre et je dois dire que sa routine et tres visuelle et pas du tt monotone ... Juste la musique avec un grand LOL sinon respect !!!
@Thejoker9991 My sincerest apologies. I dont really know better. After all, I only studied magic years at a time. I wouldnt know any better. I just figured there was bad video editting here or something. Also, I have a few of shoots videos. I would explain it thoroughly, but as a magician, that would be unethical. But I dont know any better, do I?
the camera never cuts sorry to slow ur roll but it never cuts if u watch closely and u actually know about magic then u will no wat he is doing but there is no camera cuts he performs it live
that trick sucked!!! too easy to see! hide the thimble, get more when camera cuts, and the switch colors was switch fingers... see how he flicks you off then points sideways?
dude... wtf that was simply one of the best thimble routines ive ever seen

look at the change at 0:56 he just closed his pointer finger and took out his middle finger- the one that has the different colured thimble.
I wonder if Shoot had a tiger mom who made him practice magic 6 hours a day. Great stuff!!
