Bacon, Egg & Cheese Crescent Roll-Ups

- Learn how to make these delicious breakfast crescent roll ups! Perfect on-the-go breakfast! Make these ahead of time and store in the refrigerator after baking and then microwave, wrap in foil and send them along with your kids, spouse or partner. You can also make these with breakfast sausage using Lil Sizzlers split in half lengthwise.
What you'll need:
1 roll refrigerated crescent rolls
4 large eggs, scrambled
4 slices bacon, cooked and cut in half
4 slices American cheese (can also use shredded)
Unroll crescent roll dough and separate into triangles like you normally would. Place half a slice of cheese on the wide end, then a piece of scrambled egg, then a slice of bacon or sausage. Roll up, stretching the end tip as necessary to allow it to go on the bottom. Place onto an ungreased cookie sheet and bake at 350*F for 12-15 minutes. Makes 8 breakfast roll ups. Enjoy!
OMG They are simply the BEST I have EVER eaten!!! My husband took one bite and tried to take the plate from me. He is in there right now, chomping away. This is a 20 thumbs up breakfast. I even like it, and I don't usually "do breakfast" A true winner!

I know this video is 11 years old, but I just made these for brunch & the family raved over them!!! I normally don't like crescents either, but they were SO good! Only thing I did differently was spraying the tops with butter flavored spray before baking, and then putting a little real butter on top to melt once they were done. Will definitely make these again!

I made these many times also with sausage but I never thought of cooking

Well, I finally have mine in the oven right now, and I can't wait to taste them. I can't thank you enough for this recipe, my husband loves crescent rolls and also has to eat breakfast everyday, so this is a wonderful addition to it. He's bedridden and it's hard to make up different breakfast foods, at least to me, who is not really a breakfast person all the time. Thank you so much, I will let you know how they turn out, in about another 11 minutes!!!

Do you SLIGHTLY undercook the egg and bacon? Because the egg and bacon would also cook for 10 minutes in the oven right? And you don't want egg or bacon to get overdone?
