    Generalized anxiety disorder which is something in usage very recent past maybe postcovid it has inreased a lot. People wanted to know when it will get over will it get over what should I do what if I get it my parents have got it. Do I need to separate myself ? Do I need to quarantine? So so many questions. These questions are not something which you find a fixation as an answer. So whenever I go through this kind of uncertainty which means I am going through some anxiety which is nothing. But I have some questions which is causing me a fear why because I'm not able to get few answers out of it. So it is more of a fear based issue than as a disorder by itself. It's just a phase a a very trivial short term phase of our lives whenever we go through the downs in our lives. So life can always not be going in the graph of upper graph right. I should never fall is not in our control and I really don't know for every problem there is an answer. I need to accept understand life that whenever there is morning there is going to be evening and then there is going to be night. So whenever there is night there is going to be a morning. So for every sunrise there is a sunset. For every sunset there is a sunrise. So life is also that it is always in this natural cycle. Whenever there is a up there can be a possibility of down we will not be pushed down to the deeper pit. But there can be some fall and I must be okay to accept the fall and I must be preparing to wake up get up from that fall. That is a better way to handle life than not to go into the problem at all. There should be no issues in my life. There should not be any problem. Even if there is a problem instantaneously I want a solution. Life does not offer that solution. I need to go through the process wait for the result for the action. I take instead of taking up any action. Whenever there is a problem I directly want a solution as an instaneous. Life does not not offer us that whenever there is some issue like this as GAD observe whether you can handle it in a day or two or in two weeks. If that isn't happening then go and seek a professional support a psychologist or a therapist by discussing and sharing with your issues you will be able to get a claity.
