Since they keep reactivating your account for brief periods of time, if it doesn't work this time, then perhaps the debit card cashout or dasher direct card will work nexttime. Also, have you deactivated your second account? Did that have any money on it? If that second account is still present in their system, it could be causing you trouble with the identity verification on the first account? I would wait to do the identity verification until after you have your debit card linked and/or your dasher direct card and your money.

Don’t worry about the 7 day verification for fast pay. When I did it it took less than an hour for my debit card to be verified.
