I have tried to stay above the highest AR possible I can, without losing money and guess what doordash is going to make you lose money eventually because they will force you to take an offer otherwise your AR goes down. I've given up trying to be a top dasher I just turn on the app if something decent come in I take it if not it's okay too.

FACTS. For me, I live in a slow podunk town. Its literal punishment. There aren't opportunities to schedule dashes here. I been dashing for 3yrs, currently a 5 star dasher for many consecutive months. My completion rate averages 97%, my AR waivers from 74-85%. I bust my a$$ to give exceptional service. If you knew the quality of the average human being here, compared to the level of service I give, you would shriek. Less than a month ago, I was cussed at, for notifying the customer I had multiple orders. Ive been called the N word.. I simply report it, keep my cool, and continue to sustain a 5 star rating. Yesterday, I declined 2 or 3 orders more than normal because the offers were disrespectfully bad, bringing me down to a 74% AR. Today, JUST LIKE THAT, found out I can't dash. I didn't even know abt the program when it started here, other than seeing "platinum" status & things displaying differently than usual. I have 4 jobs while trying to get my business up and running. I hadn't seen any major notifications talking about it. But I am not a bad dasher. I am literally the opposite. Here, a handful of customers, go back in the app after delivery daily, give me 5 stars, & increase my tip because I stand out for the area. So to penalize this kind of service, and not ensure these types of drivers ARE on the streets driving and representing DD is absolutely insane and horrible business. Im literally shaking in anger because this is going to seriously jeopardize my income levels this week, and hinder my ability to achieve my 100 deliveries for the month.

I was on platinum waiting on approval for catering, and I was right at 70% AR and got an order for like $6 and 18 miles. Declined it and went down to 69% and dropped to silver status. I've done 6 orders since and am still on 69% because the orders falling off are ones that I accepted 100 orders ago. Not only that, but their new policy change only counts stacked orders as one order now , so I've done multiple stacked orders and haven't gotten sh*t. The catering is literally the only reason I'm dealing with this sh*t, if I'm not getting those orders after I'm approved, there is no way I keep putting up with this.

Got an email yesterday that they declined my large order status, because my equipment didn't meet the requirements: dimensions. I assume this is because my catering bag isn't the doordash branded one. So I took another picture of it next to a large ruler, which proves that it does in fact meet the requirements, and resubmitted it. In the meantime I went out last night and tried to raise my AR from 69 to 70. Completed about six orders. It's 65 now. I was willing to do some relative crap orders, only declined high mileage low pay. And those were the ones that kept popping up. I'm right at my tolerance threshold and am about to quit doordash entirely. EDIT: F*ck platinum, I'm out.

As far as I know there’s not a place where you can look at how many deliveries you’ve done in the last rolling month. But you can calculate it yourself. Tap on ‘Earnings’ tab at bottom right of app. Scroll down, and underneath ‘Earnings History’ graph it shows you weekly totals for each previous week. Tap on a week and it will give you stats about that week including # of deliveries completed. Tap on one of the days of the week and it will tell you info about each individual order.

Last month I also received the same order right after I declined the same order. I thought (No FAIR) . Called in to support and told them what took place. They claimed it was a bug or glitch and the engineers are working to resolve it. I indicated that my Acceptance Rate was negatively affected and the representative told me to indicate that the issue was not resolved when I called in and why. So that way I could describe what had happened and how it adversely affected me. I did just that. Nothing! No response on the issue!

I don’t know where to comment to this but want this information to go out.
It’s 10pm in Tulsa Oklahoma Door dash is getting ready to roll out the new priority system here next month. 2 things I noticed tonight. First of all my friend was out of his area on a delivery and caught another delivery to be picked up in even another area going back to his original area. Here’s the strange deal with this there is a Chick Fila 2 miles from the customers address so why did they send them 8 miles out of the way. Here’s what I discovered they were paying $2 promo at the Chick Fila that was 2 miles away so they had my friend drive an extra 8 miles so door dash could save $2
This disregarded the dashers income as well as the customer expediency it getting the order.
    So caught them at this.
Second my friend is at 99% acceptance and I am at 90 % acceptance the promo offer me is $1 and the promo offered them for is $2 for the same zone at same time.
