Checking out Ramen in Sapporo - MEN-EIJI EAK
Going to Japan I'm starting to realize there are many different types of ramen out there. You can customize your noodles and soup base based on the differences. I wanted to check out one of the mom and pop places here in Sapporo to see if the experience would be different. It definitely was. It was a lot more friendly and social. It was sort of like going to a bar.
