I got one last week and love it. Tho I definetly peel the bark off of mine before using it. I just soaked it, peeled it about a centameter down, chewed it for a minute or so, and brushed. I keep it in an empty jar in my fridge bc i hear they can mold and I soak them right before use. Just brushed my teeth and it's great!

Before going to any ethnic restaurant it is best if you educate yourselves about their food , and how best to enjoy it. In this case restaurant staff should have come and explain . Persian food for most parts is not spicy, it is flavorful. In Southern Part of Iran food has a little kick to it..

I’m going back through a bunch of videos now that I’m heading that way, and the only time I’ve tried Chalet sauce is from those sachets they sell in supermarkets, when I brought one home last year. It’s the cloves, man.. just an insane amount of clove in there, too much for me tbh, but I might finally try an actual Swiss Chalet next trip and see if the real deal is any better (or, as I suspect, exactly the same, but hey, I can ignore the sauce!)

I used miswak years ago. I never spit it out, the fiber is good for your digestion. Its not harmful for you. It takes getting use to. Your actually suppose to suck on it like candy with your saliva it brakes it down faster. Most of the research of old tribes that i found using it woukd use natural trees around their area and chew on it all day. Your siliva will start producing more which helps brake down bacteria in the mouth. Then when the branch is good and wet with siliva you chew on it and then brush. My friends thought it was interesting that i used it. I used them until i ran out. It is deffinitly more convenient because you dont need water. Do be careful which ones you buy though because some are coming flavored now. I just started picking it up again.

This is why you struggle with organic channel monetization, organic views, and revenue. Here are the issues I found: Title, description, video tags, channel tags, and video SEO are not performed on your videos. This is why your CZcams channel is not growing. It is possible that if you fully customize your channel, the video will go viral. Even though you have 1.41k subscribers and 796 videos, your videos don't have that many views. If you can do SEO properly then your viewership can increase.
