- Join us for a walk in Bournemouth, Dorset, England. Our walk starts with lovely views of Bournemouth Beach, we walk along Bournemouth seafront past Bournemouth Pier and Bournemouth Big Wheel, through the beautiful Bournemouth Lower Gardens and through Bournemouth town centre.
Bournemouth is a coastal resort town on the south coast of England with Poole to the west and Christchurch to the east. Bournemouth's location has made it a popular destination for tourists, attracting over five million visitors annually with its beaches and popular nightlife.
The 7 miles of golden sand are truly breathtaking! Whether it’s relaxing in a hired beach hut, chilling on the beach with your family and friends, strolling along the pier, enjoying an ice cream, riding the Bournemouth Land Train or the Bournemouth Big Wheel, enjoying tasty food or just admiring miles of beautiful coast line - Bournemouth beach is the ideal location whatever the time of year.
Ride the Bournemouth Big Wheel and you can enjoy stunning, panoramic views of Bournemouth beach, pier and town from the big wheel standing more than 100 feet tall.
On the Bournemouth Land Train you can travel from Bournemouth Pier East to Boscombe Pier and back again, enjoying the seafront scenery as you ride along the Promenade.

The gardens are just beautiful and you can almost smell the trees and feel the special, good vibes of Bournemouth in your film. One of the loveliest places in the UK, well done the council there. There is a great discrepancy throughout UK towns, possibly due to taxes being raised locally instead of centrally. Compare this to outdated Blackpool where it is all crumbling concrete along the front. Not a grass blade in site, just poor overworked donkeys.

Another nice video. I was there in 1955 (I was very young!) and the only thing I remembered through the years was the yellow buses. And we had to change B&Bs for the second week as our first one was full.
Interesting to see a large area of the park cordoned off by the police, and there was a very brief image of someone crouching in PPE by a bench just before you left the park. I wonder what that was about.
