The reeds are super easy to swap out. Every caller's jaw articulates different geometry and inhales a different amount of air. Once you find the reed you like best for the call, you can mix up volume and tone by the way you drop your jaw, air flow, and cupping your hands around the call.

Does look easy, I'm having an idea that if you have three already set with different reeds you could possibly change tones on the fly?
