LED filament digit

A video showing the LED filament digit pcb and plastic test tubes. The pcb on gitHub is version 2 which is only 20mm wide and fits inside the test tube.

Nice! Wonder if you could move the front pads to the rear and hide all the solder joints. The front would look super clean. I should try making a clock with these filaments.

How does the filament light up? I thought it was 3D printer's filament...

LED filaments are little strips of LEDs commonly used in LED "Edison" style bulbs. Check out czcams.com/video/NffhdAz9pc4/video.html or search for LED filament on Amazon or AliExpress.
