Making my Fall Starbucks Order 🎃 Pumpkin Spice Latte + Spinach Feta Wrap

Whole Wheat Tortillas
1 c Whole Wheat Flour
1 c AP Flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
1/4 c liquid oil (I used butter)
3/4 c almost boiling water
Wrap Filling
(Makes two large servings)
8 eggs whites
1 c chopped, fresh spinach
5 sh dried tomatoes
1 oz feta cheese
Pumpkin Syrup
1/2 c white sugar
1/2 c water
1/4 c sweetened condensed milk
1 Tbs pumpkin spice
1 pinch salt
