1. Do you like the new tie interceptor plaque with the transparent piece or go back to the opaque plaque like the x wing?
2. Do you collect other types of Star Wars like the Black series line or just stick with Lego?
Feel free to expound further on your opinions on my previous question. I do like & appreciate your answer. As an OT guy who's relatively recent to the game, I appreciate the opportunity for sets like the Star Destroyer, but for the longevity of the line I believe more prequel sets need made as the prequel generation starts entering their prime earning years. Also, I'm not a sequel fan per se, but you're getting a generation of kids for whom those movies are their entry, and they are going to sit on their dollars if sets they relate to don't start hitting the lineup. Trolling seems a strong word, but it seems to me the community is asking for things, but it seems as though Lego is continuously saying nope, we've made money on X before, we can throw in an exclusive fig and make it on the same ship again, and at a higher price due to inflation. It just appears to me decisions are made purely based on black & white number analysis with a bit of corporate stubbornness thrown in, and not much in the way of love of the property & desires of the community

Ask Gar? Sorry about the question being confusing for you but yes, I would love them to split the printed helmets to the original but keep the helmet holes.
