    Dosnt give exemples of situations of conflict and how to deal with them. for ex if someone is just arguing over providing data.

    Thanks for the invitation. I agree with you that a thesis can be written on Conflicts in Projects. Yet you have tried to speak about it in nearly five minutes. That is the conflict. :)
    No doubt, you have done a god job, but some data are imperfect. Project conflicts happen due to resources but that is not the most frequently occurring reason of conflicts. The conflicts are mostly triggered over schedule.

    Three of us presented there for over one and half hour. With that session in mind, this presentation seems like a promo of a discussion.
