Hello Coroinha JB . b is for bend (yes .... your already know that ) but bend ... "half a tone" only ... so on a C harmonica: -3 is draw hole 3 : note is B (si) ; -3b is B flat (si bémol); and -3bb is A (la) ... same as B flat flat . That all .
