So, in short: Always try to use medgun to bring your health to 100% - it doesn't raise your BDLs nearly as high as medpen does. Orange pen is for chest injuries. Green pen is for limb injuries. Purple pen is for head injuries. And grey pen is for accelerated BDL decay.
While I watch them now, by the time they fix the performance, and I start regularly playing SC again, I'm going to need to watch all these guides again, as I forget so much stuff. I keep getting "Brain storage data exceeded" messages in my eyes, from trying to remember everyone's names and birthdays IRL.
