You have sciatica. There is a simple exercise that will clear that up. I did the chiropractic route. If you do manual labor I would recommend just doing that forever, but that sciatica exercise will clear that up very quickly. I really like your vlogs. Keep em up!

Thanks I’ve found that stretching and just going about my day pushing through the pain clears it up in a few days
