Watch the program on a PC. At the bottom of the screen, open the 'Settings' Menu (that little gear-looking thing) and select 'Playback Speed'. Then simply choose a different speed. A worthwhile tip for many vids I have watched. Have not found a way to change the speed when watching on TV though. On my own PC, I will often increase the playback speed when a speaker is talking too slow for my preference. Hope you find this helpful.

I leave a couple of lines between the information points before adding the next point. I use 8.5 x 10.2 composition books for my notes, and any contact data at the top of the first page (right after the title. Learning is almost always a two part process between ourselves and the lessons being taught. I normally learn more and retain far more from spoken lessons if I write down the points that connect with my mind and heart (as it impacts me in the moment.) My Grandma has/had Cancer, it went into Remission, but a few months ago we noticed she was having issues, it had spread to her Brain. They removed it but they gave her a Terminal deadline. She’s been getting better and better and they’ve given her 6months. Most likely she’ll die of a seizure or something else. While she’s Healthy enough to move we want to raise some money and go on a trip, a last vacation as a family together.
If possible, it would help to follow what your saying if you could chill out a bit.. thanks for your stuff otherwise! NY to Miami.... you probably dig it and I hope you can use those tropical vibes to relax a bit!

I can slow it down in settings in the video. I have to speed up almost every CZcams video I play........
