Well she didn't have a real mic so all the background sounds interfere. Have you ever wondered why singers sound better in the studio than they do live? Because the mic they use in the studio makes all the background noise disappear. When she sings live the audiences cheers drown out your voice. And if you're just singing in a room over your laptop it makes your voice sound even more weak.
