How do you put on the butter paper?

I’m pretty sure that one had little tabs that were supposed to hold it in place, but I don’t think it worked great. Seems like I used a toothpick or something to sort of push it into the correct position. I’ll have to go back and take a look.

They were the button style batteries, LR44, it took three of them.
