Sarah is probably one of the best GOAT in Hollywood. Period.

I absolutely love Sarah Halley Finn’s method for casting: the actors audition for a certain role and if she likes how they acted the character, she would cast them as that character; but if she feels like the way they acted the character didn’t meet the standard, she doesn’t reject them, she instead pictures them as someone else and casts them as a completely different Marvel character; so that way everyone’s a winner.
Seeing Pratt read cap lines vs star lord lines shows the genius of Sarah’s eye. I’m sure most of the actors that she sees audition are talented, but she knows how to direct and maximize those abilities.

Can we all appreciate the casting director's vision she had for characters the actors weren't auditioning for? If it wasn't for her we might not have seen LOKI, BUCKY, NEBULA, BLACK PANTHER and STAR LORD as who they are right now because they took the liberty to perfectly castint them for other roles that they weren't aiming for at the time but knew they will be in future.
MCU’s casting really is borderline magical and constantly impresses the hell out of me. Not just for all the main characters even but for tons and tons of excellent supporting ones as well.
