I like Jake because he goes to the point. I always have to advance John’s videos to get to the hard facts. If he infused less extraneous talk I could afford to use my time to watch more of his videos. Jake is a natural educator.

I raised some Swiss Chard, and the first time I ate one of the leaves, fresh out of the garden, I actually felt HIGH from the nutrition boost I got from it. Absolutely amazing how deficient our bodies really are in these nutrients! I got an even BETTER effect when I ate SWEET POTATOES!! Eating 'orange', not oranges, but orange foods, like sweet potatoes, yams, pumpkin, winter squash, will increase your MEMORY (brain power!) and help your mood improve AMAZINGLY!! When I ate sweet potatoes a couple years ago, my sense of humor went into overdrive for about three hours!! I now try to eat 'orange' foods a couple of times a week!! And did you know that lycopean (sp) found in TOMATOE SAUCE reduces your risk of heart attack by FORTY PERCENT?! Eat some ketchup on those fries!
