FORMWORK | Construction of the Al Rimal Villas in Riyadh, Saudi-Arabia (EN)

Located in the north of Riyadh on 2 million m² of land, the project included 511 residential units constructed by one of the leading local contracters, Saudi Real estate Construction Co. Each villa has a living area of approx. 450 to 500 m² and consists of two complete floors. PERI supplied the DUO system for realizing the columns and walls. The vertical elements formed an almost complete shear wall with 95 % of the wall made of concrete including the columns. Around 10,462 m² of DUO materials were available on site.
Multiflex Girder Slab formwork, together with Ergo B 350/300 props, was used as slab formwork.
