- As the Saudi Arabia is slowly opening its doors to tourists there are also more travel videos about this interesting country.
I was staying in capital city Riyadh and all I could find was other travelers and youtubers showing just a touristy side of this city. As I am usually more interested in seeing life of ordinary people my decision was to explore different side of Riyadh. If that sounds interesting, please join me :)

The kid @ 1:52 says to his brothers “lets catch the prayer we are late!” You can see the mosque is nearby in the background. How beautiful to see this pure innocent thought from a 10 year old kid!! .. at a time where kids in other countries are being brainwashed to change their gender at such age!

This year I went twice in Saudi Arabia, first time in Jeddah and then in Riyadh. I simply love this country, people and everything related to it's culture! Can't wait to get back there again

Saudi Arabia is diverse in terms of climate and nature. There are green and cool cities such as Abha, Taif, Al-Namas, Al-Souda, Al-Baha
For sure there is lot more to see than Riyadh. Another reason to come back 😊

In Saudi Arabia, people walk around at night because of the higher temperatures during the day, so they only go out in the evening when the sun goes down.

If you want to visit Saudi Arabia, come to us in the winter or spring. The weather is beautiful. Saudis are very social with strangers. If you need something, do not hesitate to ask any Saudi on the street. He will help you.💚

bro im really mad rn lol. im a saudi guy and i literally wish if i were with you to tell and show you the ACTUAL saudi arabia and the SAUDI people. saudi people don’t like to go out in the day time except for work. their fun/meeting/activities starts after from 6 pm until 3 am. but in the winter their activities and everything begins from 12 pm until 3 am, which tells u that saudi people LOVE winter. anyways, i hope u enjoyed your time in SA and we would love to see u again . 🥰🇸🇦

Similarity, walking around in Saudi during the midday heat - in summer - is very strange! People generally go out in the evening after magrib prayer is finished.
I wish i had known you were visiting Saudi in advance, i have very good friends who could have assisted you in navigating some of the cultural nuances.

The maximum temperature reaches in Riyadh in July and August is nearly 50 C (122 F), of course not the whole of these two months, but certain days in them. But the good thing in Riayadh is it doesn't have humidity, unlike in other major cities like Jeddah, Mekkah, the Eastern Province, etc. where you will find high humidity as well.

whoever said it is wrong, you can touch it and read it whenever you want, in fact you can argue anyone who says so by telling them that alot of non muslims are buying the Quran everywhere and you will discover that they are one of those who like to act as if they know and represent islam.

@@theruudy you can touch it especially for learning purposes. Maybe what they refer is that you should do wash (wudhu/ablution) before touching the Quran like Muslim do. But it's preferable not obligation.

So, go ahead and, not only touch the Holy Quran, open and read it, still better, buy or ask any Saudi to give you a copy as a gift, and, trust me, they will be extremely happy to give you one along with otherworldly gifts as well (like perfumes, etc.)!

Next time try to visit Saudi Arabia in “Riyadh season” there are a lot of activities at winter & you will find saudis more than expected unlike daytime in summer but Generally we are night lovers. Also why don’t you try the traditional food in Riyadh for example “najd village restaurant” (القرية النجدية).

This is what actually Saudi is. I recall Saudi, Dubai, and Kuwait having their own migrant communities. Not very flourished and segregated from Saudi society

Most immigrants try to find the cheapest accommodation so that the can save money and send it to their families. While, others seek homes that are closer to their jobs, and many companies provide accommodations to their foreign employees. I guess that happens almost everywhere. Not to say there are no Saudis in this neighborhood, but most of them at that time are at work or at schools.

Great video wonderful to see some of the areas I visited last month yes bro usually in Saudi it’s normal from 7 pm till early morning when locals are out and once we registered 39 degrees and 5he Saudi hospitality is the best.

In the day people tend to go to coffee shops, or cruise in their cars etc, this is because the weather is usually hot plus we love coffee haha, we also tend to go out at around 3 PM the earliest

I live in Riyadh, if you come again and want someone to guide you around I’ll be very happy to do, in general people in Riyadh are kind of suspicious when seeing a camera, more than twenty years ago mobiles with cameras were forbidden, things have changed but some people are still uncomfortable around cameras especially big ones.
