I have found as a diy nail person that if you dip the spatula into your slip before you get your bead from the bottle it releases it from the spatula onto the nail easier. It won’t be so sticky to remove. Love this video great job.
These look amazing! I wouldn't be able to tell the difference if I saw them outside of this video! I'm so inspired to try doing my own nails! Not saying that my nail techs are bad but I just don't want to pay $60+ to get my nails done anymore and sometimes not like what I get in the end. I can't wait to order the supplies and try them myself!
I’ve watched at least 1000 nail videos and this is by far the BEST one I’ve seen!! I love how you explain everything. I never knew to file the shine off the tips, or to file a sharp wall for the pink, and I didn’t know the white could be applied a little messy, then filed down to reveal a perfect French! I’ve learned a lot- Thank you!!

Wow I was a bit stunned with the acetone working as slip 🤯 surprised it didn’t break down because polygel is acrylic powder + gel. Like I didn’t think it was gonna cure that’s crazy. Dual form nails always crack in the corners for me.
I love your videos! I tried doing my nails based on your last video and it came out ok, but i kinda wanted to just stick to Gel and Dip but this video makes me want to continue with Polygel.
some tips to help (: you should buff out the tips before put the primer so you don’t get dust in your base coat. use another nail file to file your file so the edges won’t cut you and the next time you do this design you won’t file into the nail tips (i hope that makes sense). love this video! i just did my nails last night and definitely need to try this next time!

Nice idea with acetone. One thing though acetone does melt the plastic tip. So it’s a bit harder to work with. Love the French!!

You can use gel polish as slip. But you need to cure for longer on both sides
I didn't read the comments, but you can also use base coat as the slip solution instead of alcohol.

Sis from what I've learnt so far from all these tutorial is you don't need tips for polygel.
ana look up luminary’s system, I think an overlay would be better for natural nails. Very easy once you get the hang of it & the colors, nude heaven 😍
