Rhino Ski/Snowboard Carrier Installation

Tips on how to install a Rhino model 576 ski carrier onto a Rhino-Rack Vortex 2500 series roof rack. Carrier will hold six pairs of skis or three snowboards.

How wide was your roof rack that you attach the ski rack to?

Where do you get the buffer strips ? or do the come with the rack? Do you prefer Thule or Rhino Rack?

They came with the rack. I haven't used Thule so I can't give advice on that.

You can get additional rubber strips in packs of 4 from Rhino dealers. I recently asked. I’m in Australia.
