And another tip when your leg is in for example passé keep it there in the turn don't let it go, because it will also possible knock you of your turn. And for another example when you're doing a arabesque turn don't move your working leg up and down it will also knock you of just like when you would do a arabesque balance.

hey robbie, I started my growth spurt recently and have lost flexibility particularly in my middle splits. I used to be almost in a strattle but now I'm barely in a big v. any advice on what's happening, and how to regain flexibility?
my hips are also really tight and tend to pinch.
