The beauty in this move is that it prevents players from defending u too tight. This move is so good out of the corners. U can tiptoe the baseline and its an automatic slam
I love playing like this using these types of movements.... They were commonly used back in the day before 2k changed the sticks around... I forget exactly what it was... They changed from their first configuration to a "PRO STICK" configuration where everything is done on the right stick with modifier buttons to change between dribble moves and stooping. Before that you used to be able to do a limited amount. Of dribble moves with the left stick also... The left stick wasn't just for player movement.

Are the turbo launches back at in the game like they used to be? And can you make the mid range shot in this years game after creating separation like you could in all the other games 15 and under? I missed tons of wide open shots in 17 and with superstars??? That's silly to me!

cool sweet !!! - do you use the shot stick to shoot your J's or button? I assume you use a combination depending on situation. As in button for a J and RS for layups and/or dunks. Against a user the triple threat spin out is virtually unguardable. And if u can use jabs and pump fakes to get space they have no chance. I am all about read and react moves that are real basketball. This moves is used in the league alot. I hate those spamming moves that are just glitches
+Greg Smith people don't appreciate just how troublesome this is to defend compare to like dribble 14+ rhythm 6 lol like I said those get patched, can't really patch the triple threat stuff lol
The Chiraq Soldier in 2K17 if u have below 86 ball control and try this move u will lose tge ball everytime. I havent had enough time on 2K18 to know if that is the case this year
If only there was a guy like you for madden... if you think 2ks defense plays stupid, madden is 10 times worse at times. I feel the developers have never played football before
+courtney edwards coming out of the spin the momentum is pretty serious the double square animation lets you balance quickly and shoot super fast. Step back is okay but you lose a lot of the momentum since you have to stop first
