If youre going to go to all this trouble it's actually easier to make the upgraded pvc version you can find here on CZcams, can't remember the name of the channel but it's pretty heavy duty and made from pvc pieces that fit together a lot easier and more reliably than guess fitting random scraps together. That being said it's still a good build just to show what can be done if you put your mind to it.
Ah. Mini leaf blowers for cleaning potted plant sheddings off the patio. Great design, the big battery ruins it. A single 18650 on board would fix that right up... with the right motor. Incidentally, I built a duct from fiberglass, and bought a model jet engine turbine blade for a .32 nitro engine. Never fiished building the model jet plane, but I tested that ducted fan, and it was the mother or all leaf blowers. I have NEVER seen a leaf blower with so much velocity and pressure. Not even a pro backpack model. Why? It was axial... straight through. No 90 deg. turns. Thanks for an entertaining project, and a cool little tool.
What kind of liquid glue you are using ? You should build a small dynamic balance system , it will improve greatly the blower and the vacuum cleaner you made and will reduce the noise level .Any how, very nice and creative.

If you balanced the blades it will improved the performance. You can also run this blower on 4 3 volt cr123A lithium batteries taped together in series.
