No, actually sheeter didn't do the proper size; dough thickness & length and width for that butter to go in . She looks not prepared, not in a real kitchen . Only demo for a machine

HI Martin, yes you can do pasta dough in this machine! It goes to 0 (completely shut) and as high as .9" thick!
