  • Incredible... Only in Indonesia this way of cutting trees.
The process of felling and cutting a large Trembesi tree is typical of the Indonesian people, starting from trimming branches, felling with the ndodos technique and cutting logs using a chainsaw husqvarna 3120 XP, husqvarna 395 XP and stihl ms 382 by professional sensor operators.
This trembesi wood will be sent to Jepara as wood craft materials such as carving sculptures of chairs and solid trembesi tables.

Love the way they cut the tree so very low. To the ground so they don’t waste any of the tree most tree cutters stand up and waste about four feet of wood because there lazy to bend over to get on the ground but leave about four feet standing above the ground Great job !

Step 1. Pick a giant tree.
Step 2. Get a whole bunch of people standing around.
    Step 3. Start cutting away.
Step 4. Run for your lives.
Step 5. Find replacement people to stand around the next tree.

I work with trees in the UK, do your team have any accidents whilst doing these jobs? To me it’s incredulous that you all do this with no safety clothing or any sort of Personal protection gear. The way you handle the saw from the back with two hands makes me uneasy, if it kicked back it would be interesting. In the uk we would be prosecuted for doing the job the way you did that. and I was unable to make steps longer that few inches, otherwise I would have collapsed.
