You need to upgrade chain saws to a Husqvarna 3120 Horsepower and increased torque faster cutting speeds higher productivity The Stihl 660 is good for your ground work after the tree is down, you have to much oil in your gas that's a loss of power on these two cycle engines, your saw is lacking in power when was the last time the top end was done ?
Don't think its a 660. It's got a manual oiler and gear drive looks like. Could be an old 090 or even a 070 I guess. Lower rpm was typical of the 090
Now there ain't enough shade for the underlying wildlife... ultimately resulting in global warming.... one 1000- 2000 year old tree that produces oxygen, shade, life, and water retention fir the surrounding ecosystems. And for how much? How much do these workers make from harvesting un replaceable trees???
I bet they probably make less than $100.00 USD or equivalent for the entire crew. I'm not sure what kind of wood it is, but I'm certain it is very valuable and exspensive. In that part of the world $20.00 a day is big money... more than a months wages for most of the poorest hard working men.
Unless they own thier own lumbar mills and are carpenters to boot, they don't make much. The ones lucky enough to have jobs, work thier busts off 12-16 hours a day with no other benifits like workers compensation insurance or unemployment insurance when they get laid off, yet still... They are proud to work and take what they can get, and they work very hard because they know that the minute they slack off or get injured... there are literally thousands of unemployed men willing to take thier places in a hot minute... even a second! Having a job that pays over there, is a valuable possesion! And they work like slaves in order to keep thier jobs, especially if they have a large family to support that depends on them for any money the working men get. It is a dog eat dog world, so they often go above and beyond thier expected jod duties just to hang on to the little bit of income they get paid.
