It’s 1 am in the morning of 26 June in Australia and I’m watching this video of Capri at midnight and loving it . The binaural sounds makes it feel like there are people talking to the left and right of me . Great video and many thanks for uploading this video .
, i was on capri in 1986, in july..... in the evening the piazzetta was busy, but almost the whole rest of the island was deserted..... it was full moon, we were at the arco naturale, at the salto di tiberio, villa jovis etc... it was magical, mystical, unforgettable... i almost felt like to have traveld back to ancient times

We have watched and almost all of your Italy walks -- all excellent! Lived there as a teen in the 1950's and again in 1980's. Many visits since.
What’s crazy about this particular video is that my wife and I precisely wondered yesterday what a Saturday night in Capri would be. You overheard our conversation! 🤣
Hey Chris, pretty cool. I had never really considered what went on at 2am on Capri until some guy at a local shop told me I need to be around at 2am to see the change. :) If I could, I would have walked around all night filming..but 1:40am was about all I could handle. I was able to catch the last bus to Anacapri to get to my hotel too which worked out. I'll be posting up my 9m walk too, which is basically shows everyone out to dinner....and there is some better lighting too. Anyway, hope all is well....and thanks for that gift up above! Today I'm heading out to Sperlonga. I actually went there yesterday but it was so cloudy and even started to rain a bit, so I decided to come and try again today.
@@ProWalks buses to Anacapri that late?! Cool. Never have stayed at the island, I’ve used Sorrento as a base but want to spend at least 3 nights at the island to enjoy fully. I’ll consider Anacapri as a stay too.
@@ProWalks I've been to Capri in the day time but never expected it to be so lively at night. I always assumed people only went for the day judging by the boat traffic. Looks like fun at night!

I would love to see a video of any place you can go safely. They are both entertaining and educational. I especially like the evening walks when everyone seems more relaxed but the markets are fun as well. Keep up the good work!
When staying in Capri, I'm always sleeping off pleasant exhaustion from hill climbing by that time. That schedule has me up and about by sun dappled dawn which is exquisitely deserted. Daytime offers enough people watching and great food; I don't feel much need to mix with these glazed night-owls standing around diddling their phones.
Yeah, I had never been out that late in Capri before. I did enjoy just seeing the different places that were open at night that weren't during day. If you're not out to mingle and party though, not much reason to be out there at 1am. :)

it's always like that in the summer and it gets worse in july and august. I am from the south of italy and I only went once there for that reason. It's really beautiful and it's definitely worth it but I prefer less crowded places

All I see are crowds of people walking around aimlessly in front of designer boutiques which could be in any upscale neighborhood. I am disappointed, I was expecting that there would be music in the Piazetta and dancing. Or a concert , something amusing…..This looks boring as f…k.
