Someone from your school, possibly a counselor, will have an admin account that allows them to upload your transcript.

Does NCAA care what sports or clubs you play outside of high school or do they only care what sports or clubs you play in high school?
The NCAA registration questions only ask about sports played during your high school years, school and club teams.
Can graduate students play in the NCAA, let's just say I attended college in another country for 4 years and I decided to take a Master's degree in a D1 school and if I enter the D1 school how many years can I play for that school?

Nice job keeping your grades up. Junior year is a great time to register with the NCAA Eligibility Center, and visit colleges. Contact the college admission office and see if they have an open house where you can meet the coach.
What if someone lie about there age to play sports will they get in trouble?
There is no need to lie about your age because according to the NCAA, there is no set age limit for any athletes. However, Division I athletes are required to enroll in school one calendar year after high school graduation and then have just five years to complete a typical four-year degree. On the Division III level, athletes still have only four years of eligibility, but they can spread these seasons out for as long as they like. Since Division I sports are more competitive and the stakes are higher, the rules are stricter.

If I started high school but didn’t play all 4 years can I reclass and still play?
Division I five-year clock: If you play at a Division I school, you have five-calendar years in which to play four seasons of competition. Your five-year clock starts when you enroll as a full-time student at any college. Thereafter, your clock continues, even if you spend an academic year in residence as a result of transferring; decide to redshirt, if you do not attend school or even if you go part time during your college career.
Division II 10-semester/15-quarter clock: If you play at a Division II or III school, you have the first 10 semesters or 15 quarters in which you are enrolled as a full-time student to complete your four seasons of competition. You use a semester or quarter any time you attend class as a full-time student or are enrolled part time and compete for the school. You do not use a term if you only attend part time with no competition or are not enrolled for a term.

The 5 year clock refers to years of college play. You can compete for 4 seasons, but you could redshirt for an additional year of scholarship, but you can't compete during the redshirt season.

I missed my freshman and sophmore year due to injury, and am thinking abt reclassing a grade down and doing the 10th grade again in AZ. If I reclassify will I be able to play football til I graduate in 2025? And be eligible for D1 sports?
What happens if you make an account but dont pay in the first 30 days?
You can create a profile page for free until you are ready to make payment, then when you are ready you can create the account.
I made a certification account on accident but i am not getting recruited and i didnt finish my account yet what will happen if i dont pay the fee because i dont want to make the account yet.? Also can i create a certification account in the future under the same credentials?
@@jonathanbuffon2789 If you are unable to pay the registration fee for the NCAA Eligibility Center due to financial considerations, there is an option in the payment section to indicate you are eligible to receive a fee waiver. You are eligible for a waiver of the registration fee if you have received a waiver of the SAT or ACT fee. If you do not pay the fee, your account will not be activated and the NCAA will not start your certification.

@@jonathanbuffon2789 Yes, you should create a profile page for now and then you can transfer that into your certification account when you are ready to pay the fee. NCAA won't start to certify you as eligible until you pay for your certification account.

Per the video @ 11:00 minute mark, it states get registered by end of Junior year
Yes, I say by the end of 11th grade because NCAA wants a final Junior Year transcript and 10 of the 16 core course credits verified. For D2 you could wait until 12 th grade to register, but there is really no benefit to procrastinating so I say by 11th grade as a general rule.
