ADVERTISING
As content creation is our business and how we earn our living you will see advertising in our content from time to time in different forms:
We are very selective about what brands we work with on paid/sponsored content creation and as a rule we don't work with any brand that we don't already or wouldn't spend our own money on. We are incredibly proud of all our brand partnership content and it will always be disclaimed in the most transparent way possible so you know exactly what is with 'AD' on screen and in the description box. If the entire video is an 'AD' this will be in the title of the video.
Because we don't work with a large amount of brands on sponsored content we do rely on our CZcams ad revenue. Any adverts you watch during the duration of our videos will earn us a small percentage of 'ad revenue' from CZcams and we really appreciate you watching the adverts in full (and not skipping them), but only if and when you can. We also know that time is precious so no pressure.
We also use 'Affiliate Links' in the description boxes below our videos and if you make a purchase via these links we will earn a small percentage of commission depending on the sale amount. Not all links are affiliate links but just assume they are.
Any items/links marked with '[AD - Pr products]' are products which have been 'gifted' from the respective brands without a contract for sponsored content. This is still classed as a form of advertising because nothing is ever "free", brands are gaining exposure to our audience by us featuring them, so these items are marked as 'AD-Pr product' in the description box but we are under no obligation to feature these items. And as with our paid content, we never accept gifting/pr products from brands that we don't already or wouldn't spend our money on. If we have received a press discount on anything featured this will also be disclaimed.

High Street Cashmere - Which I Think Is The Best • High Street Cashmere |...
Hi Emma, this kind of informative haul video is why I originally started following you many years ago & have missed them so much... Woke up this morning & thought yes she’s back!! Please do more such as M&S, Cos, Arket etc... they are so helpfully & we realise your not keeping the majority of the items. Hope you feel better soon. Xx
Thank you ❤️
Indeed & I (we) know that she doesn't keep it all (or nothing) but I respect the fact that she shares the info of : I'm not keeping this
✌🏻🍁
Same really appreciate watching these try ons as it makes me spend less as I can get a good sense of how they’ll fit without having to buy myself. Like the honesty about not keeping! Please do more of these!
Same!!! I am almost 38 now and i just loved your hauls as they gave me fashion inspo. but like you said, likely we are not the audience that shops fast fashion mega hauls. Missed you Emma!
I have almost everything on this list except for the new bag and collaboration stuff 😂😂. My 7 year old has the Patagonia-style fleece and he loves it. Can’t go wrong with Uniqlo! Just pick the right size/lengths and you’ll wear them forever because of the Japanese quality and affordability. Always love this style of content, Emma ❤ hope you get well soon!
Doczekałam się!
Miłego oglądania dla wszystkich ♥️
Love seeing your hauls! Yay!❤ Need that Uniqlo bag!
I love Uniqlo! They are so great for basics.
Thanks for doing the video while you’re unwell. That’s a big commitment. Hope you’re better soon.
Also, loving the new hair length!
Dear Emma,
I really enjoy watching try on and haul videos - especially from brands that I don't yet own myself, but would like to get an impression of the items. In the end, it's like you say: I decide what I spend my money on. Thanks for the video!
You turned me on to Uniqlo last year. Will return there soon, especially for the trousers! Great value. I have the bag which is really wonderful. Very durable. Thank you for keeping fashion real and reachable for ALL of us!
Uniqlo has really some interesting items , I think. Just bought the second coat you showed in navy blue and I also looove the way it feels and the nice colour. And the moon bag in beige and black corduroy. Very comfy and casual. And as you said their heat tech range is good.
Me too - great coat! I've been looking for a reasonably priced navy wool Winter coat and just love it. I agree with Emma, it looks really nice unbelted and hanging casually over jeans (and a cashmere jumper of course!).
So excited to see a haul vid, Emma! Thank you. Get well soon ❤
Emma, you’re a trooper. Thank you so much for this. I’ve been curious about Uniqlo. I don’t have a brick and mortar store near me and have been hesitant to order anything online. They have reviews, but it’s hard to tell because we women come in so many configurations that even reading measurements doesn’t necessarily tell me what I need to know. Seeing them on someone taller (the only other content creators I’ve seen model them have all been much shorter than I am) is tremendously helpful. Hope you feel better. Colds are such a nuisance. ❤
Bless you Emma, for soldiering through despite having a cold and a temperature! This was a really enjoyable video - I buy a lot if Uniqlo and feel it doesn't really get the attention from other content creators that it deserves, especially for the staples, so it's good to see this detailed discussion and try on. I agree, the Heattech range is great and enjoy wearing the trousers but especially the fleece-lined ones in winter - those are game changers! Hope you feel better soon and thank you x
Thank you ❤️❤️❤️
It's always a delight to watch your video. Grey seems to be the main theme this winter. I will also go for grey coat, dress and a jumper ... ❤
Omg !!!! I was waiting for this long time 🤍🤍🤍🤍🤍🤍🤍
Thank you Emma for this video, loved everything you showed. Hope you feeling better. 😊
Black cardigan and beige trousers look great and could be worn for so many occasions! Always love your style!!!
Get well soon!
Thank you ❤️
Emma, love your hair! 🤎🤎
I always buy the souffle range as I itch so bad with anything predominantly wool and it feels like lots of little needles pricking my skin, and the souffle range is designed to not be itchy so works great. The men's souffle range is also really nice.
In the heattech trousers and some of their joggers you can buy them in the long length online, they don't seem to do any of the longer lengths in stores though.
Loved this! I have quite a few Uniqlo items in my wardrobe, cashmere and merino sweaters, heat tec trousers, all of them I love, and all brought online, as no stores near me. I’m really wanting to try a knitted dress, but haven’t taken the plunge yet. I’m so pleased your highlighting this brand, as the quality is great, they are affordable and minimal so style wise will last! Huge thumbs up 👍
I think I could quite easily just live in a core wardrobe full of Uniqlo (minus the denim 😂). Their pieces are so wearable, high quality as you said and 100% my fuss-free style. Lots of brands that I love like Cos and Arket have had seasons where it’s a bit hit and miss but Uniqlo just stick to what they know and I love that 🙌🏼
Bravo Emma! I always enjoy your videos!
Love this video, congratulations Emma💗
this was REALLY good and helpful!!!!
I always look forward to your videos. Love from Colombia 🇨🇴
Hands down one of the best cashmere on the market, I have those jumpers in almost every colour. Thanks for highlighting the heattech trousers, I need a couple of my dog walks. Also, you look great Emma, I hope you don't lose too much weight. ❤
I loved this video Emma. Thankyou
I found this really helpful and love the fact that you link every item clearly.
Hello Emma!
Love Uniqlo for basics and especially the light down jackets! I have the old version of the camel coat (in blue) and love it! I have also the green “moon bag”, I bought for Ryanair necessity and it was perfect 😅
I had mine for EasyJet 🤣🙌🏼
I looove Uniqlo and agree that it doesn’t get much reviews from fashion bloggers, unfortunately. Wo thank you for doing such an informative video! And I love your style, so it was an additional value. Kudos for doing this through cold and fewer. Hope you get better soon! ❤
Loved this video - hope you feel better soon ❤️
Loved this video so much! I already love Uniqlo as a brand and own a few pieces from them, but it’s always nice to discover new things! And thank you for powering through even when sick! ❤
I’m glad you are resuming try-on videos. I’m very unlikely to buy something just because I see it on an influencer, but I do get to hear about other interesting brands through these. It’s not all negative influence and as you say, we adult women don’t get our values from watching hauls. I love your emphasis on a quality, functional wardrobe, so I like to know about high-quality brands and items I can consider (I can’t wear any synthetics, it makes shopping tough).❤
love your honesty at the beginning of the video and explain the reason why of this video :) loved all the items!! thanks for sharing!
Thank you Emma fab as always 😅 black cardigan was my fave I actually need one and this was just what I am looking for. Also the heat teach pin stripe trousers looking good too,, all lovely clothes so thank you x ❤️ Cold looked nasty hope you are feeling better soon 😘
I love Uniqlo, especially for basics. And I live in heattech during the winter.
Feel better soon.
I have a couple of uniqlo jeans and can confirm they run big and you need to size down 1 or 2 sizes
Thank you for the video! Hope you feel better soon!!
Thank you, today I feel slightly less grim which is a good sign 🙊🙌🏼 It’s going around at the moment so I’m glad I’ve caught it early and not closer to crimbo.
Love this style of video! I think I might look at those heat tech trousers … perfect for winter dog walks. Hope you feel better soon Emma.
Thank you x
Thanks for the video! Have missed these to be honest. Wishing you a speedy recovery and thanks again for making this video despite being unwell.
Really helpful as I'm planning a trip to Uniqlo this week and have been debating which heattech trousers to buy. I have the camel wide leg trousers, and can also recommend to heat tech joggers as well!
I love the heattech joggers 🙌🏼 I have some women’s and some men’s, the men’s are better for me as they’re longer in the leg. But I wore them solidly whilst working from home last year and kept me toasty and warm, along with the heattech socks 🙌🏼
Thank you, Emma! Feel better!
All the early birds here 😂😂
Depending where in the world your watching from.. you may be in the uk like me
Melbourne represent! 😅
Fun video! People trying things on while having a sweaty fever would be an argument for why one should wash store-bought items before putting them in one’s wardrobe. I hope you feel better soon, Emma!
Well yeh just think about how many people try things on or even just touch items in the actual shop without time for bacteria to die before someone else touches it or tries it on. I always had a layer on underneath so the item wasn’t touching my feverish body and by the time items are back in store any of the bacteria from me would have long died. That said, I always wash anything new bought, especially high street because of the chemicals.
Thank you, I do feel better today just a bit bunged up still 🤧 x
Get well soon Emma. Love your style 🤎
Thank you ❤️
Oh bravo Emma, how you did this mammoth video and try on with a fever etc is very impressive. Trying on clothes wears you out at the best of times! I have some bits from Uniqlo, their heatech trousers, merino crew, vests, nice quality stuff. No shop near me though so I have to pay to send back so you trying bits on really helps judge sizing. I have very long legs 🙂. Thank you for this video, hope you're feeling better x
I haven't been on YT for a while (have been traveling) decided to pop in today and this was in my feed! Hope you're feeling better now. Thank you so much for doing these try on vids! Super timely as I was in Uniqlo last week to try on a few things including the coats. Agree with you that even with the mix of fibres, the coats feel very luxurious. I ended up ordering the Comptoir des Cotonnier in navy. As it's an online item, I"m crossing fingers that it's not too long or would require too many alterations (I'm 5'3"). I'm heading back this week to try on trousers. Let's see about those heattech ones. Thanks again for your work and dedication!
Emma I loved the try on haul and get well soon you did so well even though you were ill!❤
Thank you, I was quite medicated 🤣🥴
Yes, I agree very informative... I had already planned to visit Uniqlo this weekend so this was a very timely video indeed. Grey, zip pullover & coat... I really liked the last trouser but not sure about the noise though 😬 I have the jogger version with fleece lining & they’re the best, so maybe try those!
Oh yes I have 3 pairs of the joggers from last year and they’re great! I don’t mind the noise on the trousers for dog walking but I was pointing out the noise for anyone that wanted to wear them as daily trousers, maybe to work or whatever which I don’t think they’re necessarily appropriate for.
Aww get well soon lovely! Great try on, I’ve been meaning to try some of the heat tech trousers since you mentioned them last year, so now the weather’s turned again I think I’m going to give them a go. 💖
I honestly can’t recommend anything from their heattech range enough, especially the trousers, they’ve become such an essential part of my autumn/winter wardrobe 🙌🏼
thank you so much Emma, I love your content. Mind your health and get well soon ❤
Thank you ❤️
Excellent analysis--you take the work out of shopping for quality in basics!🧡
thanks for doing this video Emma although you are feeling poorly ❤ always love a classic Emma Hill try on video! get well soon!
Thank you ❤️
Thank you so much for this wonderful style you shared,It help me a lot.God Bless you
Thank you! I loved the grey coat and the cashmere jumper. Really hope you feel better soon 😊
Thank you ❤️
Nothing wrong with old school Emma Hill x
So nice. I often look in men’s. I find basics are usually less expensive for men’s. I’m also tall with long legs so jackets and some times shirts and sweaters are easy to fit. Hope you feel better soon. 🥰
Bless you Emma, I feel out of breath just listening to you 😂. Thanks for the thorough review !
I felt like I’d ran another marathon when I finished 🤣
Bless you get well soon. Enjoyed today very useful…look forward to the next one…your right as grown adults we can make our own decisions…these vids are fun. ❤️👍
W i am waiting your selection about long dresses very minimalist for the fest of the end of the year merci emma ❤
I will be doing a party wear try on this month so there may be some dresses in that video 😘
Hi Emma, I hadn't heard of this range before but definitely my vibe. Hope you get better soon ❤
Thank you ❤️
Thank you,it’s great to see Uniqlo clothes on someone tall like me.
Great OG style video from you, and thank you for soldiering on through your cold 🤧 I bought so many of those fabric Uniqlo bags in neutral colours during summer. Love the Heattech range and their jumpers, excellent quality at good price points. I just wish we had stores in Scotland to browse. Thank you for showing how these items fit. Hope you feel better soon ❤
Someone else has written in the comments that you have a store coming to Edinburgh. Not sure how far away from you that is but hopefully close enough to get to every now and then 🙌🏼
@@EmmaHill oh really? That’s great news, Edinburgh is only an hour from me and go there quite often so that’s brilliant 😊👍🏻
Thank you Emma, having filmed even as you were not yet feeling well. Uniqlo Heat-Tech is what I mostly were when the temperature gets frigid.
Wish you a speedy recovery.
xx for B-babies ❤️
Wear, auto-correct 🙃
Thank you ❤️
I really love your old school videos. I doesn't go and buy everything you show surely😅 but try to use what i have to style like you show and i love it❤
I can also personally recommended Uniqlo Lambwool jumpers and cardigans. 100% wool, soft, super warm not itchy and wash really well. Lots of nice colours too.
Emma- Uniqlo sizing can be weird and this is super informative…❤
Aside from this great video, the hair looks fab.
Thank you x
Thanks so much! Really helpful feedback. I love Uniqlo Heattech in particular. Always have trouble getting the sizing right and then because you have to pay for returns I'm put off ordering a couple of sizes for comparison 😞. Hope you get better soon xxx
Ahhh I did not know that as I have a store at Bluewater so always just go in to buy my bits.
Wish we had one closer!!! Get well soon x
Hope you feel better soon❤❤
Filming with a fever, that's what I call dedication. Very informative video, I appreciate how you talki about fit so we can have an idea how to possibly order.
Good to see your videos again….coming back to viewing your videos after a long hiatus. I’ve been going through life & adulting duties…I’m back now❤….Have a good week and Get Well Soon! ❤❤❤ from Ann Arbor, Michigan.
Thank you x
Woke up on my birthday to Emma’s video 🙌 it can’t get better 🎉
Happy Happy Birthday to you!!!! I hope you have a truly wonderful day ❤️❤️❤️
Thank you very much ❤️🤗 you made my day 🙌
Hi Emma, not being dramatic but the Heattec trousers did change my life. Never shopped at Uniqlo before but saw your video the other day. What a life changing experience. Thank you 👏🙏 Also I got a couple of extra fine Merino turtleneck jumpers. They are so warm and not itchy at all. All in all great stuff.
Fabulous video and suggestions. Thank you very much 🙏☺️
Omg I’m so glad you’re a heattech trouser love like me. They are…life changing 😜🙌🏼
I love Uniqlo too! Especially their mens section! I buy their mens shirt as my arms are a bit larger and I also like to have room to move! ☺️ I just bought two pairs of trousers after seeing your video on new things! Loove them and so nice with warmer trousers in the winter as I live in Sweden! 🥶 Loove all your videos I just started to subscribe so now I go back and look at old once. Lovely 🥰
Oh haha thank you, you’ve got lots of older videos to watch in that case 🙊
Yes I agree! I often shop in the men’s sections for various items and I have some of the men’s sweats which I love 🙌🏼 The leg lengths are a bit longer so if I get a size small they fit better that some of the women’s joggers.
@@EmmaHillThank You! ❤️
Those baggy jeans look amazing on you!!!
Thank you, they were comfortable but just not really my day to day style x
Great video
Get well soon ❤
Thank you! ❤️
Thank you for filming while you are unwell. Please take good care and have honey ginger tea.
Oh I went down the natural route for the first 3 days of this cold and then I had to go for the hard cold & flu stuff to get a bit of relief and be able to sleep 🥴
I own a long polar fleece coat and I can vouch that it is windproof. I love it.
I’m testing mine out this morning 🙌🏼
Interesting to know they do different lengths. Never seen that in store, do have never bought their trousers as always look miles too short, as like you I’m a 5.9. Saw a lovely tick wool looking tailored ones in store at weekend. Gonna look online and see if they come in different lengths😊
I think they’re either difficult to find in store or maybe they just don’t have them but deffo worth checking out the ‘long’ leg 🙌🏼
Emma what would you suggest the cordoroy crossbody bag one or the black one you showed?
The corduroy ones are the new version of the nylon ones which are both smaller than this PU one so I’d prioritise the right size for you x
Hope you get better soon. I have a few Uniqlo clothing items - my favourite being a red cashmere jumper from there with 60% off 😊
A while a go you did a "minimum like" makeup/skin care for spring/summer - are you doing one for winter??
I just wear the same make up products, I’m not really in to make up, I never have been so I’m not very adventurous. If I find something I like then I’ll stick to that 🙌🏼
I just want you to know I'm a fan of your voice 🗣
Thank you❤
Hi Emma, love the consistency in style. I always look forward to your videos. Exactly what I need on Sunday mornings:) I was wondering if you could do a video on ethical wool. This has been something I'm struggling with and I am curious to hear your opinion on the matter. Get well soon!
I could definitely do a video on wool and the various certifications x
That sounds great! I will be the first to watch. Happy Sunday!
Yes, please 🐑 🐏
I must say this is probably my favourite video you have done in a long time. Your personality and sense of humour shone in this one, even though you were clearly poorly. I loved the format, information & goofball tendencies. Thanks 🤍
Thanks 😘😘
Fun! Sad for us - need Arket stateside!
For Uniqlo, their synthetic blend fabric seem make their clothing sit flatter and crease less. It's a real positive over all natural fibre that crinkle, shrink, colour run and are prone to moth damage.
Hi Emma. Thank you for the excellent video :)
I wonder what you would wear to a funeral in winter. It's also about the headgear, cap or hat and the overall formal look.
Fortunately I haven’t been to a funeral in years and probably won’t have to as they’ve becoming a thing of the past over here as people favour not having them. I would probably say a smarter hat over a cap but then if it’s really cold where you are then definitely keep warm with a beanie of something.
Nice selection and good job for someone which is sick...me too so I really enjoy and appreciate 😁🤧🤒😂
Thaaaaaank you bises
I was powered by vitamin C, olbas oil and Ibuprofen 🤣
My favourite was the flees & trousers at the end! As I despratly need new ones! I think you can give people the choise weather they are going to see a haul or buy anything. If you want to buy stuff you will find it in any kind of video. I watch a lot of garding videos and the people in them always has to answer where they got their cloths from! Not just gardening questions so… As long as it is not fast fashion just buy this, buy that I think it is fine. You did this beautifully 👌❤️
Thank you x
@@EmmaHill You are welcom!
Get well soon. ❤ hugs
Thank you 💞
The fleece jacket is much nicer than the women's
W thé french Brandt comptoir de s cotonniers and thé coats blue Frey IS really magnificient easy to Wear with a lot of clothes and styles chic and sport Wear it IS a good Idea to speak about la marque comptoir des cotonniers merci emma❤😊
i looove this video, you're such a champ for making it while having a cold, i hope you're better now!✨ i was wondering, how did you find the fit of the cashmere beanie, do you think it would be suitable for someone with a smaller head (me lol)? i'm just not sure if it wouldn't slip off my head because it's not as chunky, and i had that kind of experience with thinner fabric beanies😅 i also have the cardigan in the natural color and it's the softest thing ever i love it so much!
Sorry yes I forgot to include cutaways, I just forgot when I was filming them to do the hat 🙈
I don’t really know what size head I have but it fit nicely. Not too snug but not loose. Hope that helps in some way 🙈 x
I really want to love Uniqlo but sadly everything I have ever grow on and bought has never fit quite right. In the summer I bought a pair of their straight leg ecru colour jeans, they got really baggie in the waist after a few wears and then they started to fade weird after washing. I’ll stick to the heattech items currently
really like your try on hauls! When I do need to shop anything I always come to your Channel and think, what would Emma recommend?
Haha I’m like you’re very own shopping Jiminy Cricket 😊
Emma, thank you soo much for doing this video despite being ill. Hopefully you get better soon! I'm an absolute fan of Uniqlo, love their style and quality. Looking for the coat now and was thinking of trying the one, you've tried, so now I'm definitely will go and try it on. Thank you for the "old-school" video))
Hi emma. What size did you order in the navy blue trench from Cos? I love your YT channel and instagram! You’re amazing!
I believe I have that in a size 10 x
I love Uniqlo, but not everything is great quality. I wear their smart trousers everyday, very comfy and good quality. Also love the thick cotton T-shirts, the fun belly bags and the rain coat. The soufflé knits sadly don’t look good after a short time and a wool shaver doesn’t help them really. Also the merino knits are quite thin and flimsy.
I’ve never tried the merino wool items for that reason, I’d always rather go cashmere for something thicker and more substantial and funnily enough I’ve never tried their t-shirts so that will be something to try next spring/summer 🙌🏼
I love Uniqlo, and I agree with the things you have listed as good (except for the raincoat which I haven't tried). I also need to confirm that the souffle yarn is the FIBRE OF THE DEVIL! Deceptively soft and neat looking at the beginning, ends up like an old mangy dog in no time. Never again. The Merino knits are good when you want something lighter, almost like a woollen long sleeve t-shirt.
Could you do a comparison of that bag with the banana bag please? Love your style
I don’t own this bag so haven’t used it to determine how it compares but looks wise it’s pretty similar x
Jealous of your Uniqlo !! I went there (I live across the Channel) last week and did spot that larger bag which I thought was exactly what I want but here and on the webshop they only offer the off-white version which was a NO for me... I'll wait in the hope they will have the black one soon... I'm 5ft10 and always so useful when you try things on !!! Don't you wish they (and other brands !) had two lengths (as often for men. sigh) ?!!! The Uniqlo trousers are always a no for my long legs. Thank you for this video despite your health issue, feel better and hopefully the rest of the year will be kinder to you especially with your Disney trip coming up xx
I think they did have the black online but as it’s a great dupe for The Row bag it sold out really fast. I definitely wish more brands offered different leg lengths, this is why I’m always so fond of M&S because they offer 3 different lengths 🙌🏼 That said the ‘long’ version that Uniqlo do in some of their trousers is great for me with a 34” inseam, I just wish they had that length across more of their bottoms 😕
