Pretty sick, man. I was searching for ways of doing the cartoony vibe job on paint because I’ve got a motorcycle that I’d love to respray someday and it’s got quite a lot of edges and details like on the tank where this would work some perfectly. You approach it so relaxed and it really helped man, thank you.
Man you made that car beautiful with all its imperfections just made it that much more relevant to the old school race car look ..but nonetheless it's a beautiful car and awesome video
I liked it, as you mentioned it. The car needed it, the paint was crying out for it and you took advantage of a perfect opportunity to practice street art? Everyone is a winner in this project, specially us, the Common gallery visiting the art work as it rolls on.
VERY Cool. All I have is my white '98 F-150. Being a illustrator, I've been debating if I should do this to it, but without any shading. My truck has dumb yellow-ish pinstriping around it that I can't remove. It's so old and sunbaked in that eraser wheels can't get it off. Doing this paint style would greatly help hide them. I just have two questions. 1) Do those markers wash off? 2) What cheap option would you recommend to seal in the lines?
Do it!, have fun it’s what I say. Lol I’ve washed it several time the only thing I did was wax it after it dried up and it’s hold on pretty good. I have had some to run the market on some lower spots that the dirt gets stuck but not bad since I still have the market. Alcohol will wipe it off tho
Hold up!😂 you don't know posca😂 they are a staple in Graff kits the world over. They were the best made until Montana got in the game, they are Japanese made by Mitsubishi I believe.
Not a bad attempt, try two toning the red, check out the full Manga Porsche GTRS i did on my channel, complete how to with graffiti cans and paint pens.
Dont want to ruin this guys nice vibe an attitude but sincerely the car looks like shit but at least better than before the cartooning, but I think you need some drawing experience and knowledge at least a little bit to get the effect because is not present in this example I have seen several projects with this effect and theres no comparison, if it was my car I would accept it was a fail, I got an old AE86 that I want to paint like this but this is exactly what I’m afraid could happen!!

Ive seen some people using a clear coat spary to seal it in.
To be greative is so good and I think this design is so much h voller then a normal boring car who means it is perfect

Now you got two things to do to my ef that paint job and the wiretuck 😅
Damn bro u got a list going now 🤣🤣
I want to do it on my 1983 190e 2.0. Can i use Acrylic Markers for this?
I would try a little spot on the lower part of your car, let it dry drive it n wash it for a few weeks to see if I’ll hold. Might work
Man that car has a lot of debt
Nice job, Wanne do the same with my van, how many markers did you use for the job?
Just one and still have it.

No disrespect but I think the Porsche is to plain the be Manga style. Add more lining to it with the black
