- In this video I share with you all my 2013 Hyundai Sonata car tour. I am officially living full time out of my vehicle, and working nomadically. My main focus for this video was to share that living in your car does not have to be uncomfortable or cluttered. To top it off… I even made space to accommodate for my pet cat Toffee. Look up the legal dictionary of homeless. Look on a government website or the Black’s Law Dictionary. She’s homeless under the law.
Living in your car, is far better than living in the street. Because in your car, you have at least a certain degree of privacy and freedom. Don't be desperate. Find safe places where you can park your care and rest. Find places where you can take shower and wash your clothes and believe God is walking with you.
Uh no. Those window covers will attract criminals. Every logical ppl would think. "Why is someone using window covering at night"??? Crime (physical and sexual assault) has spike in all major cities, bc there is a shortage (500 officers) of police officers... research it. Even in middle class neighborhoods crime has spike.
Why not rent a room if you cannot afford an apt?
@@jasonphilips4731 she can tint her windows and cover them with BLACK or DARK cover ups only. No one would ever suspect she’s living in it. From the outside, her car would look super tinted out.

It’s the food situation that makes it hard to save money while living out of your car. Also maybe a nylon window screen would be better than standard window covers so you can see out but others can’t see in.
I love it. it's my dream to get a van or something similar and turn it into a little tiny home on wheels. I actually used to live in my car not by choice. I was homeless and my family talked about me something bad for being homeless. I was so ashamed, it was embarrassing and family didn't make it any better, but now I wouldn't care what no one has to say.(PSA)Live your life, be happy and stress free. Don't let people make us feel ashamed for anything we do. If we lived by what other people think that we should do we'll never experience life! "LIVE LIFE TO THE FULLEST"

I had to live in my car for about six months. Even through the snowy cold winter. I just purchased a 2019 Mercedes Sprinter Van. With all the room in this boi.. I could have lived comfortably in it.

I live in my car as well so don’t fell bad. For almost 3mths rent is high and I couldn’t afford it living in Florida. And I sleep in my car I shower at my local storage where my clothes are kept. I have a job so I get dressed sometimes in my car or at the storage place. It will get better ❤️🩹 sooner than expected. So I’m enjoying this process 😊🎉
Although she’s beautiful, but it seems she can defend herself. Probably has a knife or a box cutter 😀

Great way to save money and enjoy the outside. I’m away from my house 80% of the time. I’m a trucker and I sleep in my truck most of the time. And since you love sleeping in your car I think you will be a great trucker. You will make lots of money because you can stay on the road all the time. Before you know it you’ll be a owner operator. I love your CZcams just thought I’ll give you some insight on how you can make money while doing what you love. Be safe and always keep God at the top of all that you do. Be blessed
Thank you for the kind words 🧡 many have suggested being a truck driver i may need to look into this. Check out my latest video where i show how i work on the computer. Driving long term makes me sleepy so idk if i would be a good fit.
Cool video! I’ve been doing this for about two weeks, I have a Ford Edge which has more space so it’s easier but one thing I do with my excess cloths and things is I rent a small storage for around $30 a month and I use it as my closet! Works perfect! And makes it easy to stay stealth. I rent an office with Spaces and can get an office in a city I go to and I do Planet Fitness where I’ll go to shower and workout twice a day, and finally I’ll eat out and go just about anywhere I want and still be able to work and hit the gym and shower with those memberships.

I've been thinking about this for about 10 years but buying a camper to attach to truck. Nomad life is so much stress free and needed for the people who really really know themselves

Very true I’m a heavy equipment operator and it’s mostly people that work who can’t afford basics like housing food etc I won’t to point out it’s not you it’s the economy.

I started living in my car 8 weeks ago and it was kinda hard at first because I just went in cold turkey, I have a ATS so space is limited BUT, it feels great! It's a feeling of freedom that's very hard to describe. I work full time so I'm able to save over 3/4 of my paycheck every month so I live off of about a quarter of one biweekly paycheck. Free Spirit. This life is really awesome!!! You'll never know how far you can jump until you leap.

I was homeless for about 6 months to save money, it wasn't too bad. I had a storage for my furniture and a gym membership to take showers. I pretty much slept in the car 80% of the time and slept over a friends house from time to time.
I feel you and my life is similar except im a minimalist so i dont have extra storage
People with homes look at you and feel sorry but you should feel sorry for them. The ability to drop everything and go anywhere is ideal. I plan to get RV once my son graduate!
I was car camping in my Subaru Forester. But fortunately, I was able to purchase a Dodge Grand Caravan SXT today! It's amazing! Whatever works! Just be happy, and stay safe!😁

I totally love it! I have lived as a gypsy touring with circus tent shows. I have typically been in campers but I have also lived in game trailers while touring with carnival shows. I love the lifestyle and would live in a car or van in a heartbeat. For now I have to live the life vicariously through you lol. Keep living life the way YOU want sis! ON YOUR TERMS!

I've had to live in my car for a couple of months some years ago i earned enough money to get an apartment.
I know what it's like to time it so i could sleep in a safe parking area off the NJ Turnpike with only an occasional disturbance...
I used the truck stops and rest stops to wash my clothes and groom myself, it wasn't a terribly bad experience but of course nothing beats have your own indoor living space... ✔️👀
The bed part is amazing. I never even thought about the trunk extension bed idea. I always thought ppl just slept with the front seat laid back.
Exactly. many people don’t realize how much space can be utilized in the trunk by removing a seat or two.
Great job. I'm a Veteran and I just completed 5.5 months of living in my vehicle. You have your independence, calm, quietness, isolation, and your own space to do you. I'm a 54 yr old , 5'3", 160 lbs, fit and healthy. I bought (2) pieces of property in which I will build my structure for my business. Yay! Enjoy uR piece of mind.

My first impressions of you is that you're smart and you think things through. Removing 1/3 of that seat was brilliant, and I also appreciate that your car isn't cluttered and dirty. I bought a standup teardrop recently and I plan on making a transition from sticks and bricks to living in it full-time while seeing the country. Once I've done that I plan on buying land and setting up a minimalist home base. Sending you love and light. Namaste...💐🙏🏾🌻

More people need to do this so that they can lower the rent prices, it’s ridiculous at this point. If I didn’t have a disabled child to care for, I would be living in my SUV. Everything on this planet is free, we should be free to enjoy it.

That's sooo crazy because I started living in my car September of last year as well. I was living with my brother at the time and made the decision to transform to the nomad life and been doing it every since. I love it thinking about getting me a cargo van to build out.
I originally wanted to do van life.. after realizing how expensive its become to find a van I figured why not start the lifestyle in my car.
Lol that's my main problem as well finding a van not only that but finding one for the right price. It hard out here for a pimp and the fact that I've been looking for a whole year man!!!.

Thats a great questions! In that case i would remove and valuable from my car and get a hotel or airbnb i can work from while my vehicle is being fixed. Good thing i dont pay rent so i have money put aside for emergencies 🧡

I did this at times when I had my suv. Has more space cus of the 3rd row seats and had lik 5% tint in the windows so I called it my little space ship. 🥰

Thank you so much for watching 🧡 more people have been pushed into this lifestyle whether they enjoy it or not. Luckily i enjoy it. I recommend parking at friends and families homes if you can and if not apartment complexes hospitals and hotels are a little more safe.

Facts. The only bad thing about having to do it nowadays is, it's harder because a lot of places that used to stay open 24 hours like Walmart, aren't staying open anymore. I know here in Houston and the surrounding cities, you don't want a policeman rolling up on you sleeping in a car. I still think about what I would do if I had to go back to doing this. I'm 6'4 , so it's hard for me to get comfortable in a car to sleep.

Ive thought about the CDL but overall i just want to be free: i dont want to make this lifestyle a job. Plus i already have a job so theres that too.
@I.R.T. integentRisk Taker I was thinking the same thing (CDL). It would be safer, than living in a car. If she did team driving she would be constantly moving that way she doesn't have to worry about getting robbed or worst.

This is very nice and a great experience. I wish I could experience something like this, but I have children so I would probably have to try the tiny home route.
Tiny homes are great for people with children. You can also try converting a van into a home. Ive seen families live this lifestyle in bigger vehicles.

Everybody that doesn't have a house or home or apartment whatever you want to call it need to get together and get a tax house and split the bill it's called group economics it really works.
Thats another alternative way to live however in my opinion a big part of car dwelling is the yearn to travel. Living in my car forces me to push the boundaries and i like that excitement.
