Pete is so awesome, but it's hard for him to maintain a consistently high level these days because his style was so dependent on explosive athleticism to get to the net, unlike Ed or Mac who used their serves to place the ball and give them time to get up front. If Pete used a heavy heavy kicker, which he's more than capable of, to get in, I think he'd be winning these titles left and right. His volleys are still world class.
Clearly agassi has back injuries; hes very stiff; has limited mobility and doesnt run for the ball at all; this was an exhibition of tennis not a match.

Not true, if Agassi did not ruin his life in some parts of the 90's then I believe he would've had many more grand slams under his belt. Also some of the matches they had together I felt Agassi always made unforced errors which cost him the match.

@@johnadams860 you have your opinion i have mine...this days they play only baseline tennis...only Federer has the same skills to makes volley shoots... Nadal is a defence player without clay courts would be a regular player...djokovic is skill at baseline hits but don't have the touch like Sampras...the methodology changes this days at baseline hits..
@@timoskotopoulos1953 maybe but the difference still remains guys like Nadal , Djokovic and yes Agassi were ALL court players Pete simply was not ! Pete was always lazy on clay ! Nadal and Djokovic just have a much greater will to win ! You simply can’t say Pete is the best when he never won all 4 majors and never came close at the French it’s a moot point my friend .
